Joseph Goodwin alias Stewart

My fourth unit for the Diploma of Family History was Convict Ancestors.

Joseph Stewart alias Goodwin and his wife Mary Ann Maule (also a convict) were the founding couple of the Goodwin line who married into the Shingles line.

Being that the course was created in Tasmania there was another unit called Convicts in Context in which I wrote about Mary Ann Maule and her journey to Australia.  I will post that assessment soon.
